DOMESTIC RETURNS

We do not accept any returns. All sales are FINAL. If you would like to initiate a return please contact customer support by email within the first 3 DAYS: Click Here To Email Us for a return request. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. 

Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee inventory levels. We recommend that you place a new order for the correct color or size and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order as applicable.
