SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically. All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping within the U.S. over $85.00 is free. International shipping rates will vary based on country.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the carrier. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We do not accept any returns. All sales are FINAL. If you would like to initiate a return please contact customer support by email: Click Here To Email Us for a return request. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. 

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee inventory levels. We recommend that you place a new order for the correct color or size and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order as applicable.

SALES TAX

Since Fronto Leaf is only a commodity we only charge sales tax.

All orders shipping to a California address are subject to a 9.50% sales tax fee. NY Residents add 8.875% sales tax. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of New York is the responsibility of the purchaser.
